3. Exchange / Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, clients may choose a replacement post under the following conditions:

The original guest post was not published, or the published post was removed within 1 year.

The replacement will be arranged on a similar website/category (subject to availability).

After the 1-year validity period, no replacement will be provided.

4. No Refund Policy

No refund or replacement will be provided if:

The guest post remains live for a minimum of 1 year from the publishing date.

The removal occurs after 1 year.

The issue is reported after the 1-year period.

Once the 1-year coverage period has expired, the order will be considered successfully completed.

5. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund or replacement request, the client must:

Contact our support team.

Provide the deleted or non-published URL.

Submit the request within 1 year from the publishing date.

Requests submitted after the 1-year window will not be accepted.

After verification, refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

6. Important Notes

The 1-year period is calculated from the confirmed publishing date.

Clients are responsible for reporting deleted posts within the coverage period.

We reserve the right to verify removal before approving refund or replacement.
